How does it work? What can you expect? The most common questions about our approach.
Ideally 6 to 12 weeks before the event. That gives us time for a thorough venue survey, supplier coordination and a tight run sheet. We also work on shorter timelines — just get in touch.
We're always on site during the event — not as spectators, but as technical supervisors. We build in redundancy and a plan B for every critical system, so a technical issue is never visible to your audience.
You have one point of contact: us. We coordinate all suppliers — lighting, sound, video, rigging, power, internet — and oversee the whole picture. You don't have to manage ten different parties.
